Shipping policy

• All orders are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays).
• Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details.

2. Shipping Time & Delivery

• Standard Shipping: 5-7 business days (depending on location).
• Express Shipping: 2-4 business days (available at an additional cost).
• Delivery times may vary based on unforeseen delays, such as weather conditions or courier issues.

3. Shipping Charges

• Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on your location and chosen shipping method.
• Free shipping may be available on orders above a certain value (as per promotional offers).

4. International Shipping

• Currently, we do not offer international shipping. Orders can only be placed within India.

5. Order Tracking

• Once shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email.
• You can track your order through our courier partner’s website.

6. Delayed or Lost Shipments

• If your order is delayed beyond the estimated delivery time, please contact us at support@lussoalchemy.in.
• If your order is lost in transit, we will work with the courier service to resolve the issue or provide a replacement.

7. Damaged Shipments

• If your order arrives damaged, please email us within 3 days of delivery with photos of the damaged packaging and product.
• We will process a refund or replacement after verification.

8. Address & Delivery Issues

• Please ensure your shipping address is accurate before placing your order.
• We are not responsible for orders delivered to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
• If a package is undeliverable due to an incorrect address, the customer may be responsible for reshipping costs.
